A 1st type Knight’s Cross 2nd Class of reduced size, 38x24 mm, in Silver and enamels, with centre medallions in gold, with King Otto’s portrait (facing left) to the obverse and Bavarian colours to the reverse; hinged suspension crown and original ribbon. A very fine and rare piece, probably of French manufacture.
