Inscribed in pencil on front flyleaf: “From the Library of Late James Atkins, Numismatist, 27/9/10.” Atkins’s many annotations include additions, detailed notes on unrecorded varieties, etc. A unique, most interesting rearrangement by one of great Britain’s greatest token experts of the nineteenth century.
