Moscow, 1885. 8vo, later tan quarter morocco; spine with two raised bands, lettered in brown; brown endpapers; original printed front paper cover bound in. viii, 120 pages; 3 fine plates; errata slips bound in. Title page with top margin trimmed; original paper cover worn; else near fine. The first installment of the Rumyantsev Museum’s catalogue of their Roman Imperial holdings, covering issues struck through the reign of Marcus Aurelius. The coins were apparently dispersed in the 1920s. Rare.
