First title near fine with light foxing; second title with heavier foxing and some staining. Very good or better. Two scarce minor works by Beger. An important numismatist, Laurenz Beger (1653–1705) also published, in 1691, his Observationes et conjecturæ in numismata quædam antiqua and, more notably, a comprehensive three-volume catalogue of the ancient coins in the cabinet of the Electors of Brandenburg (Thesauri electoralis Brandenburgici).
