Includes: the 1883–1887 volumes, complete, of the Blätter für Münzfreunde (Numismatische Zeitung, Organ des Münzforscher-Vereins); the 1911 volume of the same, with April being in photocopy; various issues and plates of the same publication from between 1916 and 1928; and the complete 1924 volume of Mitteilungen für Münzsammler, along with part of the 1926 volume (some of the latter in photocopy). Condition varies, but the complete volumes are generally well-preserved, with some separation at spines. Very good, overall. Rarely available titles, all of these were printed on highly acidic newsprint and few copies have survived. They exhibit a remarkably vibrant culture of numismatic activity in Germany at the turn of the 20th century and were frequently accompanied by fine plates (happily not printed on newsprint).
