A fine original photographic print from the rare 1873 Descriptive Catalogue of the Seavey Collection, handsomely framed, depicting two half cent obverses, two chain cent obverses and reverses, a wreath reverse, and seven 1793 cent obverses. Originally catalogued for dispersal at auction, the superb Seavey collection of colonials, patterns and United States gold and copper coins was purchased en bloc by Parmelee and the sale never took place.
