Rarely encountered, the seven issues here present are the only ones for which Remy Bourne was able to provide information in his book. Crawford records the existence of a second volume of twelve issues and a third volume of four, but those would appear to have been purely philatelic in nature (that subject dominates in this first volume, but it not its exclusive focus).
