Obv: L AEL AVREL CO - MM AVG P FEL Bust laureate, draped r. Rx: P M TR P [XVII] - IMP VIII [COS VII P P] around, S [C] in exergue, Togate Commodus standing l., crowned by Victory standing behind him, and clasping r. hands over an altar with Serapis standing before him, who is accompanied by Isis holding a sistrum.
