Rx: C - O - S - III - P.P on l. and r., Salus seated l., placing l. elbow on arm rest and holding with r. hand branch (or two poppies?) over snake coiled and raising head on ground before her. According to Schmidt-Dick's Typenatlas, this particular Salus type occurs only once on Roman coins, namely on denarii of Marcus Aurelius and Commodus in c. 178 AD.. EF
