KINGDOM OF THRACE. KOSON, King of the Scythians, died 29 BC. Stater, gold, about 40-29. AV 8.28 g. KOΣΩN Roman Consul, togate, l. between two Lictors, carrying axe over shoulder, in front, monogram. Rev. Eagle on sceptre l., holding wreath in its r. claw. RPC I, 313,1701A. Good extremely fine.
