D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, rosette-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Theodosius I right, seen from front / CONCORDI-A AVGGG Γ, Constantinopolis seated facing, head right, on throne ornamented with lions' head, scepter in right hand, shield inscribed VOT / V / MVL / X in left, right foot on prow; CONOB in exergue.
