Issued to commemorate the unveiling of the Alexander III monument in Moscow. Obv. Head of Alexander III left. Rev. Alexander III monument. This piece is well struck with only the slightest hint of rubbing on the high points. The fields are nicely reflective, with minor marks and hairlines. A very elusive commemorative issue.
