Victoria Proof Penny 1861 PR66 Red and Brown PCGS, S-3954, Peck-1640. Almost completely a blazing red in color, only the lightest hints of chestnut brown creeping in at the highpoints. Amongst the highest certified for this rare Proof type, a few scattered copper spots the sole detriments to its beauty.
