George I gold "Prince Elector" Guinea 1714 AU53 NGC, KM538, S-3628. A moderately circulated specimen of George I's most popular Guinea, the highpoints flattened yet the peripheries impressively lustrous, approaching almost prooflike reflectivity. Light peach tone creeps in from the margins, warming the planchet and bolstering the eye appeal.
