This orange paper variety first appeared at the end of the 1906 dated notes, and continued until 1924. This 1909 is a key date in the series, of which we have offered only once previously. Limited prefix range exists for this date, hence why it is rarely seen. The paper quality on this example is a bit better than typically encountered, and all details are visible. Not to be missed, as this date is seldom offered in any grade.
