Maranhao. Pedro II Counterstamped 20 Reis ND (1835) XF40 Brown NGC, KM403. "M" counterstamp indicating a value of 20 Reis upon a Brazil 80 Reis of 1832-R. Such coins proved unpopular and were soon recalled.
