The single finest example of the date and mintmark seen to-date by NGC, wonderfully crisp and watery towards the devices with prominent reverse die polish lines. While bound in its technical grade by some scattered bagmarks in the fields, these are quickly offset by lovely tints of tangerine tone. Sold with old collector's envelope.
