An eye appealing Specimen with deep, vivid inks and complex guilloche designs. Tranquil sceneries are seen on the front and back along with black and red overprints. One diagonal black Specimen overprint is seen centered on the back. Third party grading company annotates this example has been repaired and is stained which does not seem to detract from the lovely details of this hard to find example.
