A very interesting and beautiful Foreign Exchange Certificate from Cambodia, stamped on the reverse 21st June, 1961. Issued from the Grand Hotel d'Angkor, which was a luxury hotel built in 1932, and is still operating today. Third party grading company annotates pinholes.
