A beautiful and scarce working Specimen, complete with a wide upper margin, typed notations, stamps, hole punched cancellations, and red overprints. Handsome in this format and assuredly rare. At the time of cataloging, there are only eight examples graded in the PMG Population Report. This denomination is scarce in many Chinese banknote series. The grading company mentions the note is unaffected by issues in selvage.
