An always popular example designed and printed in Britain, with the Chinese titles of the name in a Seal Script. Dragons are seen on both sides in intricate details. This was one of the earliest commercial banks opened with Chinese capital. After the end of the Qing Dynasty, the bank changed its English name to the Commercial Bank of China. Restoration is noted.
