A vignette of "Industry" is seen on all examples from this Chinese bank, as prepared by the American Bank Note Company. All three known denominations for this 1923 Shanghai issue are included in this lot. No issued notes are known of this bank, which closed due to lack of capital and competition with foreign banks operating in Shanghai at the time. All examples show brilliant colors and sharp embossing as expected on American Bank Note Company issues of this time. Two POCs present on each example.
