Ireland Central Bank of Ireland 5 Pounds 20.6.1963 Pick 65as Specimen PCGS Apparent About New 53. A lovely Specimen printed by De La Rue. Control number 10 is noted in the bottom margin. The colors are exceptional and the margins ideal. There is a comment by PCGS about a repair, which is in our opinion incorrect. We believe it is just remnants of a mounting, common to many De La Rue specimens. Cancelled with 2 punch holes.
