Colombia Sociedad de Zancudo 1 Peso ND (1882) Pick S909a PMG Very Fine 20. Quite a scarce note with a limited issuance, this early private type is very difficult to find in any grade. Fully issued and completely intact, this example displays decently considering its age and the climate where it circulated. We were unable to find any recent offerings of this Pick, bar a sales result of Pick S908a (the only other single issuance from the Bank), that realized just over $10,000. We are thus conservatively estimating this 19th century rarity, and a chance not to be missed.
