Horned head of Zeus-Ammon right, wearing taenia with basileion above forehead; dotted border / ΠTOΛEMAIOY-BAΣIΛEΩΣ, eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings closed; cornucopia bound with royal diadem in left field, Σ between legs, dotted border. The die shift obscures the letter between the eagle's legs, but based on the style of the legend, eagle, and cornucopia, it seems to be Ptolemy IV as noted on the holder for possibility.
