D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust of Theodosius II facing, head slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif in left / CONCORDI-A AVGGG, Constantinopolis seated facing on backless throne, helmeted head right, grounded scepter in right hand, Victory standing left on globe in outstretched left hand, right foot on prow; star in left field, TES•OB in exergue.
