Overyssel. "De Liefde" Provincial Ducaton (Silver Rider) 1676 XF Details (Sea Salvaged) NGC, KM41.1, Dav-4936. Salvaged from the "De Liefde" (sunk in 1711 off the Shetland Islands, Great Britain). Showing even surface corrosion to the bold devices. The East Indiaman De Liefde (The Love) sunk with its crew and cargo on November 7th, 1711 after being struck by a storm near the Shetland Islands, leaving a single survivor.
