Crudely struck, as are virtually all examples of this issue, with rich chocolate-toning. Minor flan flaws aside, this is the only example certified in Mint State by NGC and PCGS combined, and is therefore an impossible to ignore piece, one exemplifying the very notion of conditional rarity.
