Constantine I (AD 307-337). AV semis (16mm, 2.26 gm, 6h). NGC Choice AU 5/5 - 3/5, edge marks, scratches. Treveri (Trier), AD 309-313. IMP CONSTANTINVS P F AVG, laureate, cuirassed bust of Constantine I right, seen from front / VBIQVE V-ICTORES, Constantine I standing facing, head right, transverse spear in right hand, globe in left; two captives at his feet seated outward, PTR in exergue. cf. RIC VI 817 (solidus). cf. RIC VI 798 (1/4 solidus with TR in exergue). Apparently unpublished. From the Morris Collection.
