Gallienus, Sole Reign (AD 253-268). BI antoninianus (21mm, 3.39 gm, 11h). NGC Choice AU 5/5 - 4/5. Milan. IMP GALLIENVS AVG, radiate, cuirassed bust of Gallienus right, seen from front / VICTO-R-IAE AVG, two Victories standing facing each other holding shield surmounted by a third Victory standing facing, head left, wings spread, wreath upward in right hand, palm in left. RIC V.I 450 variant (bust type and globe instead of shield). Extremely rare - no examples found in sales archives. From the Morris Collection. Ex Alex Malloy (1976).
