Republic gold "Double Shaft" 1/2 Pond 1892 MS63 PCGS, KM9.1, Fr-3, Hern-Z38. A wholly original example, with untouched surfaces that appear pristine to the naked eye; it is only under magnification that one sees the handful of hairlines that prevent it from achieving a higher technical grade. Certainly worthy of a strong bid.
