Cribb-XCI.A.1281 (no reverse inscription). 28.1mm. 34.9gm. Displaying Royal Parasol shape. A highly unusual Sycee that is always heavily contested when encountered for sale, and especially so in such high grade. Believed by Cribb to have been used in Buddhist offerings on the basis of their imagery, the parasol being a symbolism of protection from the sufferings of the three lower realms of existence.
