Siscia, 2nd officina, AD 330-333, struck under Constantine I to commemorate the moving of the Roman capitol from Rome to Constantinople. CONSTAN-TINOPOLIS, laureate, helmeted bust of Constantinopolis left, wearing imperial mantle, seen from front, scepter in left hand over shoulder / Victory standing facing on prow, head left, transverse scepter in right hand, left resting on grounded shield; BSIS in exergue.
