Nine-line inscription within wreath. There is fine, tactile detail to the wreath and garland designs, evoking a picture of beauty that undoubtedly fit the occasion. Irregular toning spots likely limits the assigned Mint State assignment, but this is an attractive specimen that retains plenty of original luster.
