Anne silver "England & Scotland Union" Medal 1707 MS62 NGC, MI-295-108, Eimer-424b. 26mm. By J. Croker. Obv. Crowned and draped bust left. Rev. British shield within the garter, upon a pedestal, supported by lion and unicorn. Celebrating the union of England and Scotland in 1707, this intricately designed specimen carries an arrangement of rainbow colors underneath dark toning, resulting in an otherworldly appearance when under light. Some rub to the high points limits the assigned grade. Multiple varieties exist, thus making each particular type scarce. This is the only known example of this variety at NGC.
