Diademed head of deified Alexander III right, with horn of Ammon; dotted border / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, Athena seated left, Nike in right hand crowning name, left arm resting on grounded shield decorated with gorgoneion head, transverse spear beyond with only the base showing; lion head left above MI monogram in outer left field, EP monogram in inner left field.
