CARIAN SATRAPS. Pixodarus (ca. 341-336/5 BC). AR tetradrachm (22mm, 14.99 gm, 12h). NGC AU 3/5 - 4/5, flan flaw. Laureate, draped bust of Apollo, facing slightly right / ΠIΞOΔAPOY, Zeus Labraundus standing right, lotus tipped scepter in left hand, bipennis raised in right; E between left foot and scepter. SNG Copenhagen Suppl. 342. SNG von Aulock Suppl. 8047. Substantial flan offering dimensional devices despite the gentler strike.
