Victoria gold Sovereign 1855-SYDNEY AU55 NGC, Sydney mint, KM2. Difficult even at this level of preservation, this young, fillet-headed Victoria portrait exhibits conspicuous signs of handling and some diminishment of its mint luster. Nevertheless, the issue is far superior to most encountered on the market and the rarity and collectability of the issue should generate considerable bidder interest.
