Prussia. Friedrich II Taler 1771-A MS66 NGC, Berlin mint, KM306.2, Dav-2586. A steely patina with slate speckles overlays whirling luster and decidedly rendered devices, the reverse facing up crisper than other high ranking specimens. Sitting atop NGC's census with one other lucky specimen and the finest of this type we have encountered, certain to draw bidder attention. Ex.
