At the time of cataloging, this is the finest graded note of its kind in the PMG Population Report, tied with two others in Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ. The Star designation was granted due to the nearly perfect paper and complete originality. Significantly better than typical and an exciting, high grade offering.
