An extremely rare issue from from this bank (Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Area Bank), with a mere six examples graded in the PMG Population Report. This large serial number issue features a large vignette of The Shaan Gan Ning Area Government Building in Yan'an on the front. Ornamental designs and deep inks create an outstanding visual. Although third party grading company mentions previous mounting that does not negate the rarity of this note.
