Description

Saxony. Albert gold 5 Mark 1877-E MS67 NGC, Dresden mint, KM1239, J-260. A gem specimen with a sublime, buttery hue that is particularly lustrous on the obverse. Careful scrutiny reveals a die crack on the king's neck, traversing towards the edge at 6 o'clock. Currently sharing the top of the population grade with only three other coins across both NGC and PCGS census.
