Description

British India. William IV gold Proof Restrike Mohur 1835-(b) PR64 NGC, Bombay mint, KM451.1, Prid-17, S&W-1.16. Reeded edge. One of the most popular issues in an already highly subscribed restrike series, this Mohur boasts a far more charismatic appearance than one usually observes, with glassy surfaces bearing highly reflective, deep watery fields. Boasting a razor-sharp strike, this coveted near-gem stands in the peak of it's population, with only ten grading one and two points higher, making it a good candidate for one who seeks a virtually untouched piece.
