Jose I gold 800 Reis 1759-B XF (Altered Surface), Bahia mint, KM180.1, LMB-343, Guimaraes-Unl. 1.49gm. So elusive that Guimaraes himself was unaware of its existence. Comparable to the RLM piece, which graded VF Details (Damaged, Plugged), it shows a bold 1759 date--with a possible overdate--along with some polishing and tooling that prevented it from being slabbed.
