Visually pleasing colors and red Specimen overprints remain excellent on both sides of this first signature variety. This note features beautiful vignettes of a panoramic view of the entrance of Al-Nasiriya Palace and the Royal Technical Institute in Riyadh. A pinhole is noted on this example but that does not negate the scarcity on this piece. This example is tied for the second highest grade, of a mere five examples in the PMG Population Report, denoting the rarity of this Specimen.
