Specimen from 1920s Lebanon are rarely seen, and this smaller denomination happens to be quire scarce in this format. Completely original paper and Uncirculated paper greatly elevate the desirability of this excellent note. We have not offered this type as a Specimen in the past. In fact, this is the first and only example graded by PMG at the time of cataloging. Simply excellent and worthy of serious consideration.
