Israel Bank of Israel 1 Lira 1955 / 5715 Pick 25s Approval Specimen PMG Very Fine 30. A scenic view of Galilee graces this Specimen printed by TDLR. This is an approved Specimen note with annotations that Prefix letters were to be changed to Hebrew characters. Proof No 989/20 is seen on the bottom left, and an additional annotation indicating the Specimen had been approved on 17.1.1955 with an accompanying signature are present on the top right. Unique with these manuscript annotations and the combination of this bank title and Latin prefix letter, this note appears on page 93 in the 2022 Dvir book.
