Iraq Government of Iraq 1/4 Dinar 1931 (ND 1941) Pick 13 PMG Very Fine 20. A scarce issue featuring an impressive portrait of King Faisal II as a child. Deep green inks and detailed guilloche patterns remain clear on this two signature issue. The first series of government notes to feature King Faisal II were printed in India, as traditional printer Bradbury, Wilkinson & Company was unable to provide their services. Stains are mentioned for accuracy, but that does not negate the scarcity of this issue, as only 41 total are registered in the PMG Population Report.
