The serial number run of this Specimen indicates that perhaps as few as 1000 banknotes were to be issued for the proposed prefix or date. At the time of cataloging, there are no issued banknotes graded by PMG, and this happens to be the lone Specimen in the PMG Population Report. Minor tears are mentioned for accuracy. Translating to "Mortgage Bank", this curious issuer is certainly absent from many collections and this handsome Specimen is worth consideration. S Specimen perforation is seen, and third party grading company mentions this note is unaffected by issues in counterfoil.
