Cuba El Banco Espanol de la Habana 3 Pesos 31.5.1879 Pick 28e PMG Uncirculated 60. This incredible banknote is over 140 years old, and it has remained in Uncirculated condition despite all odds. A paper pull and glue residue are mentioned for accuracy, as this note was most likely mounted in an album. At the time of cataloging, a mere four examples of this issue are graded by PMG, and this is by far the finest, as the remaining three are graded 10, 12, and 35. Impressive, visually pleasing, and very rare, especially in this elite grade.
